Meet one of our judges, Nick Ingram, Executive Chef at 82 Queen!
Born and raised in Charleston, Chef Ingram has been immersed in the local food and beverage industry for more than 15 years. Before joining the staff at 82 Queen, he served as the sous chef at 39 Rue de Jean. In true Charleston style, Chef Ingram’s inspiration to pursue a culinary career began at a young age when cooking Shrimp & Grits with his grandparents.
A passion for the culinary arts is common ground among Chef Ingram’s entire family; his brother is Executive Chef of Mosaic, while his sister is a self-employed pastry chef. When he’s not in the kitchen, Ingram enjoys fishing, playing recreational sports, and spending time with his wife and newborn daughter.
